About LinkBacksHi,
I'm adding video clips to my site. Is it so that it takes quite a time to publish the page? Even with just one clip on the page? I realise the length of the clip is a factor, but even ones of less than 5 minutes take a long time. Is there a nice trick to speed things up; does it make a difference which medium I use? So far WMP seems to be the least slowest.

Never measure the height of the mountain you're climbing. At the summit, look back and see how small it really is!

The only way to speed the publishing phase is to increase your connection speed or lessen file size. Quality and length determine file size. All video takes time to upload, depending on your connection speed. Dial-Up, forget it. Broadband or faster, the best way to go.
