Thread: Scroll bars

Hi can any tell me how to insert a scroll bar that would have a constant advert on it on the bottom of my home page, i am just constructing my home page at the moment.

I'm confused do you want the word constant convert on it or just a bottom scroll bar? depending on your answer I may or may not be able too help you out here.

use an I-frame
