Thread: Background color disappeared

Hi

Does anyone have any idea why the background color of one of my pages doesn't display. I published the site a couple of weeks ago and it was fine. The page should be orange but now only displays as white.

I've tried re formatting it but it doesn't change. I am still tweaking the site and wonder if I have done something accidently?

I've since discovered that the background color doesn't display once I've inserted code into my HTML boxes on that page. If I remove the code the background displays correctly again. Although I have no idea why this happens I have found a way around it. I inserted a square shape, resized it to cover the whole page, filled it with my background color and then right clicked and moved the shape to the back and now it seems ok.

However if anyone can still offer a reason why the original problem happens I would still be interested to know for future reference.
