Thread: Media, HTML boxes etc all out of alignment

Hi to all,

I've noticed that when I use a html box, or media, or flash box on my site, when I place it on the page, it's always totally out of alignment when I preview it. It seems that it never ends up exactly where I place the box.

Any ideas of how to fix this? - it's a pain to have to keep moving it based on how it's previewed in the browser.

you have to know the exact dimensions your html or video box are sized to.. then measure and align them on the x and y axis points accordingly... otherwise.. its trial and error.

in blue voda.. you have bars down the side and across the top like a ruler.

these measurements reflect the pixel size of the element you are adding.

So if you know your movie is 680x340 you can insert the html box.. move it to the top left corner, size it to 680 across and 340 down.. then position it on the page where you want it.
