Thread: Try to use live-help Chat

Hi,

Could you please anyone help me !
I installed the Live Help in my site through Fantastico, but I have problems to use. One time I did a atest and I see the user onlien, but when I send a pop up msg, the user didn't receive and now also I can't see any visit online ! Anyone know if i need any other configurations ?

I use a free program from Volusion on my website that works very well. All you have to do is add a little html code they provide and the live chat software works like a charm.
