    every computor has an entertainment center that will record audio up to 60 seconds. the file produced is a wav file and once you have saved this recording to your hard drive you can use the background sound tool in page properties. here is the path for your recorder:
    programs/accessories/entertainment/sound recorder.
    works very well, but you will need to have a microphone on your computor. you can buy one at best buys for less than $10
