About LinkBacksI would like to use the same front page of my project. Is it possible with VB to link the options of a MenuBar or a SlideMenu, etc, into a Frame in the same page?

Yes by entering the iframes name into the target box of any link you make in the menu or link of your choice.
Though not the best thing for SEO
