when you add a stencil to an image, it changes the shape etc,

well i think i understand now. i would cut out the stencil using a picture manipulation software. can you use the shapes that we have in blue voda? for instance put a square shape that is black an then put a star shape tha is yellow on top of it. look at this example

i did this for a rock group, where i had a square head animated with smoke and used the stencil to eliminate the square and just show the head.
look at the skull at the top of the page and you will see what i mean. to do this you need to able to trace and cut using software such as photoshop.
