Can I add a YouTube video to my site so it opens directly on my page (I have permission from the creator of the video) and if so, how?

Never measure the height of the mountain you're climbing. At the summit, look back and see how small it really is!
Thanks.

You need to add some code to your you-tube script IE:
This is the code you add twice &autoplay=1"
Sample of code added.
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/HwFpgV93HUw&hl=en_GB&fs=1&autoplay=1"&rel=0"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/HwFpgV93HUw&hl=en_GB&fs=1&autoplay=1"&rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344" autoplay="1"></embed></object>
