Thread: Adding Photo Gallery

I am trying to add a "Photo Gallery" to my site, I add it to my page, save it and then publish it, when i open the gallery in my browser, i can see the images in thumbnails but when i click on a picture it says image file not found. what am i doing wrong?

and click on photo gallery and then historic photos

Your links are slightly incorrect

eg with this one

http://www.firstuccburl.org/images/h...;20pic%203.jpg

should be

http://www.firstuccburl.org/history%20pic%203.jpg

or to get your link to work simply put the photos in a folder called 'images' which is on the server.

ok, i moved all of the photos to the images folder and tryed it again and it still does the same thing, and now not all of the thumbnails show, there is a red "X" in the corner. I refreshed the page a couple times but it still does it:(

If you are using the gallery tool in BV just redo it. The links from thumbnail to bigger image should be automatic.

There are only 5 so shouldn't take you long.

I can see the larger images but only when I remove images/ from the link, maybe there is a bug with BV?? Hopefully someone else has come across this and can throw some light on it.

I was using the light box feature earlier and that was fine, why not try that?

ya i will have to, i just wanted to see the difference between light box and photo gallery, cause i am not a big fam of the light box:) thanks for your help.
