About LinkBacksI am publishing for the first time. All of the text is showing up and links are working correctly. However, all of the images, the menu bar, and the email form are not showing up...there are only a red "x" in their place. Please help! :(

When I publish all files I get this error:
Internet Exception Error 12003
Details:
An internal error has occured:
200 TYPE is now 8-bit binary
227 Entering Passive Mode (75,126,104,131,154,11)
553 Can't open that file: Permission denied.
Any ideas?
