The example you show is merely an email form, without much stipulation on how "instant" any reply will actually take.
Depending on how you have your mobile device set up, you too, can have a simple email form submitted to which you can reply accordingly on your cell phone or other device as soon as you can get whatever data together you need.
That would be simplest, and most "versatile" indeed, as well as be able to capture the person's contact info on a device preferred to make contacxt with.
