Thread: Explorer style view file uploading code

On the Ritzpics.com web site, uploading photos is done interactively on a menu that resembles a classic Windows Explorer w/folder view on. It displays the user's Desktop in the folder view, allowing the user to the same functionality as does Explorer.

Is this an addon, is code available that will do this?
