Thread: Adding hit counter

Trying to add a page hit counter to my index page, can't fiqure it out. Please Help......Thanks...Jerry

Don't bother ... very unprofessional, creates a crack for malware to make its way onto your site, and does not represent real, usable data: the better data is available in your Control Panel via AWstats. In fact, you will probably be overloaded with the amount and type of statistical data collected regarding your website!

Page counters are the bane of web designers concerned with proper design, security, and compliance....which is why you don't see them on many sites, you think?

......however if you really want one, you can get one here. I agree with Vasili, but its your choice
