Thread: Adding Hosting Verification HTML

Hi there. I'm watching tutorials to figure out how to add the HTML code that ******* supplied me that allows internet users to see that my web page (when up and running) is verified that I indeed own it. I added the HTML box, inserted the code I was given, and checked the "preview page" to make sure I had that in the right spot. In the preview, as the tutorial explains, is the only place external HTML code will appear. Am I doing this wrong?

I answered my own question! I'm watching tutorials as I go to lessen any confusion I may have for things I want to apply on my page. I learned that what I was trying to do was insert javascript, which I learned later.
