You can't: live broadcasts ("radio," audio, video, etc.), streaming, using chat scripts, or otherwise running proxy scripts is a violation of VodaHost's Terms of Service.

There are plenty of services you can subscribe to for 3rd party streaming that you can integrate into your website hosted at VodaHost, as a link, and these will not require hosting at VodaHost or server resources beyond your limitations.
