Default Adding a Site Search on My Page

I am trying to do the following to insert a site search toolbar on my page.

Insert>Form>Form wizard> Create new form based on a template, select site search Google from list on left.

However, when I get the form created and publish the page I do not see the search bar. What am I doing wrong? Is there another way to do this that is easier?

Please help. Thank you so very much.

You will have better results manually inserting/pasting Google Site Search Code (available from the Google Webmaster Tools pages) into a BlueVoda HTML Box and positioning it as desired.
