I have created shapes but how can I save that shape.

You must save the BlueVoda Page, as it is created (coded) as part of the page sttructure itself. When you publish the page, the image, shape, or object is displayed exactly in the position and manner in which you laid out on your page. Once yoyu have actually published the page to the web, however, then you can "save" the object to your hard drive as you would in any other case, but the BlueVoda 'Shape' must first be published online to become a true "object" to save.

BlueVoda is not similar to using PhotoShop ... it is a HTML web page generator, not a visual art creator or editor. Try downloading such a tool from www.getPaint.net if that is what you are looking for ...
