What do I have to do to get my website as a subscription? I mean, they would have to pay to view my site. They would get a password after payment.

You can use BV's built in login tools.

What you need is a form where users will apply for subscription. In the form's "success" page add a PayPal button for users to subscribe.

After you receive the payment, you can enable the user's account (manually).

Of course, the member's only content MUST be on protected pages.
