I'm trying to use Picasa viewer for some photos in BV. I uploaded picasa viewer to the server, after the upload how do I use the picasa viewer on my web page. There no selection or icon for picasa.

No, there is not - for good reason.

Download the photos to your computer, and use one of the many featured tools already at your disposal already built-in to BlueVoda to display your images.

Or, via Fantastico in your cPanel, you can auto-install JAlbum, Coppermine, etc. each of which has many types of image displays (slideshow, flipbook, etc.) if you search online for a free theme most appealing to you that you can import and apply to your installation.
