About LinkBacksAfter 3 emails and 6 tries, I am frustrated. In the site builder, there is a button for quicktime, and a button for windows media player. When I open the windows player, the icon looks right but it gives me only the quicktime option and no other. Anybody have a real answer for this?

You mean that when you double click the WMP box in your page to edit it, and insert the filename and parameters, the popup on top has Quick Time Properties as title? if yes, there must be some kind of conflict in your system. Please re-download and re-install BV, but first UNINSTALL the version you have, and delete (posssibly) everything that has to do with it.

It does it on every computer using anything but IE, Firefox wants you to DL quicktime but does not provide the link. Keith Starr
