Do I need to tell each button to add tax and shipping or does setting it once cover it?

I have to load my p/p items tomorrow. I believe it's all done in your p/p invoice once you set it up. When I listed on eBay, it was a one time set up. Only taxing within your state and I think you can do either fixed shipping on each item or shipping to zipcode; the option comes up 'calculate shipping'. That depends on priority or flat rate what you're using. So, yes, in the set up.

When you enter the info in Paypal for those settings, it should be good for all your items after - but you need to check with Paypal to confirm it - and I would randomly test buttons (best to test all - but at least randomly test a good amount of them).
