Thread: Creating a Banner for linking purposes

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can tell me how to creat a banner using some animated gifs I have so that anyone who wants to link to me can place it on their website? I tried with the banner button but it isn't quite what I wanted. Any ideas?

Hi Bee,
I create mine in Paint Shop Pro or a similar application, even MSPublisher. Then save them as JPGs and add the link afterwards. Some of these programmes have banner building tools incorporated which may be easier for you. There are also, available online, free banner ad making sites - AllStar used one to make his banner for my site. It's a cool banner and is animated.

Hope that gives you some ideas.

Yeaaah...(just imagine me clapping my hands in joy)...thanks Amanda..as usual I knew I would be pointed in the right direction. I think I have taken on your madness ..lol...I'm creating website after website just for fun...ok some of them are for friends and the more sites I see the more I'm growing bored with mine and thinking of changing it ...do you think that will affect the traffic etc.?
