Hello all. Long time since I have posted. I have been trying to add some code to the html of an 'advanced button' in order for the 'OnClick' action to become a 'bookmark' function. I have been trying for ages and it's driving me nuts! If anyone has done this or has any ideas as to how to do it please let me know and I will be your best friend for life! I hope this makes sense to you - I don't know how else to explain what I am trying to do. Thanks in advance. |

Okay, this seems really sad answering my own question, but just in case anyone else is having the same problem, I have found the solution: In the 'advanced button' 'properties' box, do the following:
window.external.AddFavorite(location.href, document.title); This will create a button that, when clicked, will display the 'add to favorites' pop-up box with the page title and URL already filled in. |
