Hello anyone, I have musidc set up on my The Word pge and it plays fine. When others attempt to play the teachings they are not able to hear anything. Some say that a box without the play buttons and stop indicators do not appear. Only an empty box appears. I'm using realplayer

Please share with me what I am doing wrong
