Adding Java Script in BlueVoda

How do I add Java Script to an order form? Please excuse me for not knowing how to do this...Want my simple order form to calculate quantities, add shipping costs, and tax to one grand total sumation. There doesn't seem to be a tutorial about this subject matter.
