Question Template help

Would like to know if after saving as template, can the template be totally edited? When creating a template in DW, you have to create edible regions.
I'm not totally sure that the page I created as a template was saved as one. BV won't let me open the template the way the tutorial describes. When I go through File/New/From Template, I get "Blue Voda has encountered a problem and needs to close". I have to open the page by File/Open, and then search for the template.

Wish someone would create a forum for creating/editing/pages from a template etc.

Thanks a million if you can help,

Is this template a page you made in BV? If so, just save it with any name you'd like. Then call it up when you want to use it to make another page. When you make the page, use save as and name the new page. Now you still have the first page without changes and the new one.

If you make the template yourself using BV, yes, you can edit all of it.

Ok, thanks Beth. I was confused because I tried creating a template in DW, but it required edible regions. I tried creating some areas as edible, but once I clicked apply to make it a template, it would not let me access the areas I thought was edible, nor could I add anything to the page.
I tried creating a template in BV, and it showed that all areas were edible. In other words, it looked like any page created in BV.

Well, they are 2 completely separate programs and don't work the same. :)
