Hi I need to know how to either create a text rollover or a pop-up help message for my site. For Example: I have links to various sites on my website. When a user puts his mouse on it I want a little explanation box/balloon to appear explaining what it is and it must dissapear when the mouse is removed and must not interfere with their ability to click on the link.
