FrontPage issue for HTML box in webpage

I use FrontPage 2003 for my websites and want to add a time and date javascript to them. Looking at the thread from a time back it said to open a HTML box in the main page and insert the script there. I have been cheking on how to get a box on the site to use without any success.
Any thoughts out there that may help me.
