Default For Whom it is Simple?

It would be really great if somebody could explain to me how to make a very simple (for experts!) thing. The problem is: Sliding Menu Bars with Splits. Means in my case: Questions (just text) - Answers (audio file wma or mp3 format, up to 1,5MB weight). As simple as that. All Splits have the same text on them: "Answer", but open different audio files, just at the same page, without opening any other page or player, just sound - oral answer.
By the way, I read and watched all tutorials, but didn't find solution.
My domain name is http://www.radost-la.org
And my problem is on the page http://www.radost-la.org/radio.html
Thanks,
Irina.

Hi, there might be other ways? but as an idea! place each audio file/answer on its own page , placing the audio insert in the top left hand corner, then publish.
Now on the page with your menu on, place a small iframe on the page & link any of the answers you have made to open in the iframe & auto play.

Dear Generals, thanks a lot for your attempts to help me to solve my problem - I liked very much the idea of Cris and was really impressed by the site of Navaldesign, but finally I decided to make it in a rather simple way. Once again - thank you very much!
