Text problems in English and Chinese

1. I cant figure out why, in certain browsers the text at the top of each page (not the homepage) get displaced. In IE and some versions of firefox, opera there is no problem, but in other versions of Firefox,Navigator and Safari The text gets messed up.

2. A further problem is that Chinese language pages dont display properly in some version of Firefox and Navigator.

Help please?
