How to get movie from MS Movie Maker on to BV website

I have created a clide show (movie) with MS movie maker but I can't seem to get it on to the site. I have clciked on the media button but cannot locate the file although I saved it in a few locations and have tried several times. Has anoyone had the same problem? Please help.
