How do we put a series of say 10-15 full screen, crisp photos that load in microseconds onto our index page, using BV if possible ? . Many sites we've looked at take ages to download the pics, but others (www.gehlarchitects.com or www.stevenholls.com) achieve it successfully. We are absolute beginners at website construction, so keep it simple if you can ! The forums are great and we'd like to say thanks to those "big" names who always have the answers, even if we don't understand a word ! www.derekeaglen.com |

First use a program called pix resizer free to download from the web on all of your images and place them into your website using BV as you normally would any other pictures. You may additionally create a slideshow with your newly resized photos as well. -DM |

Hi, look at getting your images (which must be of good quality) down to around 300kb & the size you want physically. Then pop them through this link to see how far you can push them before deterioration of the images pixels happens. Should be able to get them down to around 60-80kb each.
