Yes- Put your I-Frame where you want and set the url to any html page you wish- example= http://google.com Name the frame something - example: Frametest Now in your navigation bar- set your link to the page that you wish to be displayed in the I-Frame and make sure to set your target as - Frametest Thats it! When you hit the navigation button it will open the html page you choose and display it where your told it to- the I-Frame named Frametest Cheers Andy
