Unfortunately I do not know the answer to your question, however please be assured someone will help you soon. If you keep posting several posts about the same problem though you will find that others will ignore you and you stand the chance of having your posts removed. Just sit tight my friend and someone will help soon. I don't believe that the support team are ignoring you either, I am sure they will come up with a reply too. I appreciate it's frustrating when you want a quick reply but hang in there and it will come.

Please do not duplicate your posts.

It seems you just opened an account. Did you get your e-mail with your Server IP, ID and password ?
If yes, download BV again. This should take care of the problem.
