Tool "Link" is inactive

  • Tool "Link" is inactive

    I have installed BVWB, but tool "Link" is not working, it just as shadow and it is impossible to activate function through toolbar (function Link is already marked in the toolbar, but still inactive).
    Please, see attachment with small screen-shot.

      I have tryed to do it not once, but I still have the same problem.
      I even reinstaled BVWB and, unfortunately, nothing changed.

            If you are trying to link text, select the text icon tool at the top,
            the text box will say click to edit. click on that text box, the link tool
            will become active allowing you to put in a URL.

            The Nav bars and pics have the URL link embedded in the 'Properties'
            box when you click on them.
