form problems again urgent
i have re-seted my feedback form again but now it is not working again this is the error message that i am receiving when i want to submit the form, also when i upload the formmaker there is one map( filemanager ) that i cannot uppload in my site, but the formaker is working properly,.this is the error message that i am receiving :
