    Hello!

    I've sent a ticket almost 13 hours ago about joining vodahost and making a bank transfer but still no reply. What to do next? Thank you for your answers.

      and take it from there...

        We reply to all tickets withing 6 hours of them comming in. Most of the time we reply within 15 minutes. If you have not recieved a reply to your ticket. This is 100% your
        fault not ours.

        1) Please check your email spam filters in your outlook.
        2) Please check your bulk mail folder.
        3) Please make sure you are checking the right email address.
        4) Please make sure the email address that you used in your ticket actually. exists.
        5) Please make sure you spelled your email correctly.
        6) Please make sure that you know what a ticket is and you actually did send one.
        7) Please make sure that you have actually checked your email.

        If you have done all of the above and you still have not recieved a reply
        Please click the link below to look up your ticket.
