Classifieds website design

Hi everyone...
Im new to this website design and am wanting to build a website which would enable guests to log in and place their classified ads onto my website and be able toamend their information at any time. Can anyone point me in the right direction for starting this.

You need one of the many classifieds scripts. When you signup with VH, you have one ready to install through your Control Panel (Noah's classifieds)
