subdomain

Hi,
yesterday i added a subdomain and installed joomla there. When i was working on the site and did take a look, it was there. I was not happy with joomla so i deleted it and also the subdomain. Now today i want to start again and add the same subdomain again.
I dont see the subdomain in my FTP. Does it take some time to add it?
also when i install joomla again in that subdomain it gives 2 errors.......?

if you delted it it it is gone, you must re-add it.

yes i did just 1 hour ago. its not in my public_html dir.

there still was some left of the old subdomain, i deleted that and now its there.
