  • pages are too large for screen

Hey all, My pages fit fine on my laptop screen, but on a regular monitor, they are huge and you have to scroll over and down to see them. How do I fix this? Thanks! URL - www.amazinggracefellowship.info - Also, my site is a church - is it okay to have it as .info?

Set it to 600 width. The length doesn't matter, but if the width is much bigger, you get the side scroll thing.
You may have to rearrange your page to fit into that width, but it isworth the effort so everyone can see everything and not side scroll, which can be irritating.

800 width, NOT 600 lol Less than 1024 will cover all newer computers - but 800 and you'll be safe on all.

And keep track of your own visitors and the size of their screens - going 1000 wide for me isn't losing me sales - here are the latest stats of the last 100 of my visitors on www.achildspalace.com:

        46 - 46.00%1280x1024
        44 - 44.00%1024x768
        5 - 5.00%1152x864
        4 - 4.00%800x600
        1 - 1.00%Unknown

2 of the 4 800x600 were from this forum! So, I'm seeing a very small percentage under the 1000 I set.
