loading speeds

I've been getting feedback from friends that visit my site that it takes forever for there computers to load my website (www.rilstoneproductions.com). They tell me that when the site does load as soon at they click on a button to go to another page the internet freezes and goes "not responding". I’m wondering if there is anything I can do to get my website loading faster?

reduce the size of your graphics. You have some very huge and heavy shapes
which are taking forever to load.

also you might what to look at using tables for the white back ground instead of shapes
