Hi

Please can someone tell my the exact address to access ftp account from an add on domain. and also the user name:

for example my main domain is www.flyeuroair.net and i have an addon domain as www.madata.gr .

what is the address to access the ftp account for madata.gr from a browser: is ftp://ftp.flyeuroair.net/madata ?????? or something else

and the user name normaly it sould be madata@flyeuroair.net ?????

No it is not, you can use the option host info. For each website you define separate hosts and separate FTP codes. Fill in your site name, your host name (f.e. 74.52.137.210) fill in your username and code. Cost me also a little trial and error but I finally get it. Please let me know if it works for your.
