if you are referring to any sites where you can download a free forum to use and set up like this yes there are .....

you can go to suddenlaunch and set up your own free forum for talking like this if you like ....

Nothing is free.......read the fine print.

I take that back....there is so much free stuff with every VodaHost account that I think that for those few who still try to find a way around the fence deserve to get caught and end up with problems rather than results they can be proud of!
