I simply welcomed Arve to VodaLand, told him I have family from Drobak (Ringedammen, actually) and Tofte/Filtvet (on the Oslo fjord), and that there were many other Norweigens here...and that I appreciated talking with him, wishing him a good day.

Leftover converstional skills from a solo travel in 1976, so nothing "artificial" going on in my house....

Well, I'm not Swedish either, but hey...my first husband was Swedish, does that count! lol About the only thing I remember from that marriage was that I loved scorpa (probably not spelling that right). The one you dunk in coffee! Would love to have the receipe for that. Do you have one?
