And what's the difference between the package and the domain name?

You need to have a domain to publish your webpage and you can get one free with vodahosts package. You'd be better asking this in the correct section for a better response. Either pre sales if you're not already a customer or the publishing section. either or i expect this will be moved to the correct section soon.
