Please visit this site I am developing: http://www.jhwm.net/Test/indexpsi.html. When you hover over any of the nav buttons in the L-hand column, the navyblue should change to transparent (and the letters in the buttons should go from white to black). Instead, when I hover over them, the buttons turn to shocking pink! I have checked my settings and this is not what I asked for.

The button certainly is a shocking pink. For some reason your page is still calling for that particular button. Try deleting the buttons completely and then inserting both sets including the mouse-over buttons as well. Before you upload, view your site in using the "preview" menu button first.
On another note, maybe redo your title bar "Performace.." by having the background the same color as the blue in the header and the text in "white" with a drop shadow. Re-save the image as a GIF to maintain the transparency. I assume it (PSI logo from web site.gif) was done in Photoshop?
Good luck!
Danny
