Help with Paypal buy now button testing. ID# 14159

Hi newbies here,

I already checked out all the thread on paypal buy now button. Ok, so I already set up my button on my site but how do I test or know or how do I make sure that after customer purchase my product, they are directly send to my thank you page so that they can download the product?

Hi, can you not try it?
The redirect is set up at the pay pal end after payment. What happens when pay pal directs a customer to a particular url after payment is then up to you..

Actually I'm confuse with the procedure when seting up the buy now button at paypal. Other than creating the button, there was never once in the process that I have to specify the url to send my customer to after purchasing. So I want to know how to redirect my customer to the download page after paying?

Greatly appriciate it if you or anyone could reply to my question, cause this problem is holding my product launch.

If you are talking about the create a paypal button yourself
then please also read the warning that the return page will be visible
BEFORE they have paid.........only use the self create buttons to return
to a thankyou page with NO download to follow unless the thankyou page is protected.
