Re: how do a I password protect a webapge in Blue Voda?

        HI
in the tutorial u have given above, it says to select the directory that i would like to protect. woulf the publick_html be a directory. if yes it is not showing up when i click on the password protect link. if the publick _html is not a directory , then i obviously would need to create a new directory, when i do so and save my pages in it, do i then need to go to each indiviual page and change the folder in the publishing dialogue box, or do i leave it as public_html?
        thankx

Hi, sounds like you have got it! accept you create a new folder & password protect it. Then publish to public_html/newfolder/
Might be worth keeping an eye on this post as well???

          Good luck.
          Regards Chris.

Do I need to publish the pages to the folder prior to password protecting? After I protect it, if I wish to change the page, do I have to un-protect the folder then re-publish the page?
