publishing assistance required

yesterday I realized I had not paid my fee, which is now accomplished.
Last night everything seemed to work fine after making payment. The way I use this system- I take a virtual tour- example as follows and publish it on my FTP account: www.realtourassist4u.com/20722343
After this is published on my FTP account, I add a personalization- example
www.realtourassist4u.com/20722343/20722343B.html
I accomplish this by publishing the voda web page into the public html/20722343 file
I have been doing this for the past year.
Tonight I have tried to accomplish the same goal as always, with
www.realtourassist4u.com/20724808 which works out fine, and when I try to add the voda web
page as previously accomplished, this is the final product. www.realtourassist4u.com/20724808/20724808B.html

I have redone this 3 times whichout success.
Can anyone help me.
I just changed my cpanel password and updated it everywhere. That all seems to be working correctly.
